CASA SABEA is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, in a beautiful and quiet residential complex with a garden, offering plenty of privacy and a pleasant atmosphere. A spacious shared swimming pool is also available.
The apartment has been carefully designed and renovated to provide comfortable accommodation for up to two adults and two children, making it ideal for a longer, relaxing stay by the sea.
The accommodation is provided without hotel services – no cleaning, linen change, or towel replacement is carried out during the stay. The apartment is always cleaned before arrival and after departure of guests.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building and is accessible via an external staircase. You will find everything you might need during your stay. Air conditioning is, of course, available, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.
The bedroom features a double bed. In the bathroom, you will find towels, bath towels, beach towels, and a hairdryer provided for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, convection oven, and microwave.
The living room features a sofa and a smart TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, providing two additional comfortable sleeping spaces. For greater comfort and a restful night’s sleep, we add an extra mattress. The living room opens onto a balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

In our community garden you are free to enjoy a spacious pool with a shallow part perfect for games of younger children or a relaxed time for adults. Thanks to the apartment being located inside of a private community garden, it is assured it’s a cal and safe space for families with kids.
From the living room, you can walk right outside to a balcony and if you go up the stairs, you find yourself at a spacious private roof solarium, where you can enjoy beautiful long evenings (or days) without any distractions. You can also use the outside shower if you ever get hot or you just need a refreshment.
The apartment is about 50 kilometers away from the Alicante airport. Right in the airport hall you can find many car rentals, or you can get a taxi.
You can enjoy many services and sport activities in the neighborhood. And because we ourselves are big golf fans, we can advise you on where to find the best greens!
The closest beach is just around 250 meters away, the restaurants and coffee shops are also just a few minutes away by walk. Same goes for supermarkets.
Frequently asked questions
It is a one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom. If you wish, another bed can be set up in the living room by unfolding the pull-out sofa, which creates another two sleeping spots. For your best comfort, we add another mattress. The apartment (counting the solarium and the terrasse) is 62 m2.
Yes, in the communal garden you can find yourself with an incredible and spacious pool that also consists of a shallow part great for children or relaxing.
Yes, kids are more than welcome! Thanks to the apartment being in the communal garden, it creates a safe space for children.
About pets, please leave them at home!
The nearest beach Cabo Roig is in approximate 250m walking distance from the apartment. Supermarket Saura is about 5 minutes away by walk, as well as the restaurants and cafes.

A security deposit of €500 is required at the time of booking. After the apartment has been inspected upon your departure, the deposit will be refunded in full in cash, provided everything is in order.
The airport in Alicante is around 50km away, you can rent a car there or get a taxi. If you wish, we will gladly give you contacts on a few trusted drivers.
In case you prefer to commute by public transport, you can go by bus from the airport to Torrevieja and change there to a bus that goes ….

We will meet with you at the apartment to get you the keys whenever you have time (from 3 PM) on the day of your arrival. Same goes with you getting the keys back to us, anytime till 11 AM on your departure day.
